Our approach
We work backwards from the commercial result you actually want — recover the money, exit the partner, save the contract, preserve the brand — and we plan the matter from there. We are not interested in running expensive litigation for its own sake. Where mediation, sensible correspondence or early settlement will get you a better outcome, that is what we'll recommend.
When matters do need to go to court, we run them tightly. Where the matter calls for it, we work with a select group of senior and junior barristers and forensic accountants we have known and worked with for years.
