Personal injury

Personal injury lawyers acting for Queenslanders on a No Win, No Fee basis.

If you've been injured because of someone else's act or omission — at work, on the road, in a public place, or through medical care — we can tell you whether you have a claim and what it's likely to be worth. The consultation is free.

Do I have a claim?

If you've suffered an injury — physical or psychological — and someone else's conduct contributed to it, you may have a right to compensation. That includes situations where you may have been partly at fault. Queensland law allows for shared fault, and contributing to your own injury does not automatically end your claim.

Time limits apply to almost every injury claim, some of them surprisingly short. If you think you might have a claim, the safest thing is to ask. We'll give you a straight answer.

How it works

  1. Tell us what happened. Call, message or fill in the form. We'll arrange a free consultation by phone, video or in person.
  2. Get an honest assessment. We'll tell you whether we think you have a claim, what it's likely to be worth, and how long it's likely to take.
  3. Sign up on No Win, No Fee. If we take your matter, you don't pay our fees unless the claim succeeds — and you don't carry the disbursements along the way.

It costs nothing to find out where you stand.
